Unlike most network carriers and hardware service providers, we operate an easy-to-access 24 hour-per-day, 365 days-per-year security operations center. We endeavor to provide support turnaround times of under an hour. Emergency issues are addressed with a 1 to 5 minute turnaround time during the day.

Also, unlike DDoS hardware suppliers, our service is guaranteed under a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
